Omate smartwatch launches on Kickstarter

Today the OMATE TrueSmart smartwatch launched on Kickstarter. The smartwatch - which is slated to ship in October and November to Kickstarter backers - has been under development for over a year. The TrueSmart is an Android-powered device with a fully functional phone and 3G broadband modem inside. The entry-level funding tier for a OMATE smartwatch is $179.
